Job Description- Provide support and troubleshooting for the Microsoft 365 platform.
- Collaborate with the technology team to improve end-user services.
- Manage incidents and service requests related to Microsoft 365 applications.
- Ensure seamless integration of Microsoft 365 tools within the organisation.
- Offer guidance and training to end-users on Microsoft 365 functionalities.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates or changes.
- Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
- Contribute to the development of best practices for end-user services.
A successful END USER SERVICES ENGINEER A.I. (M365) should have:
- Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 tools and applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and end-users.
- Experience in supporting technology solutions in the FMCG industry is advantageous.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
