- 5 years of experience in an HR-related role in a demanding environment
- 2+ yrs of strong HR Business Partnership experience
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Chris or Avature
- Business acumen and passion for working in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Dutch and English
