DLL is looking for a Service Delivery Engineer/DevOps Engineer Infrastructure (Linux). Do you also think that "Automation" of Private Cloud Platform Services is a must to deliver the best customer experience nowadays?
As a DevOps Engineer, you will drive change across a multi-technology landscape and disrupt conventional ways of thinking. You will be responsible for creating processes and instilling a DevOps culture in the Infrastructure team. You will design and implement DevOps tools and procedures that will improve DLL’s IT development and operations.
As a Windows DevOps engineer, you will also be responsible for troubleshooting Windows based systems and applications. You are passionate about automation and innovation. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, technically competent scripter with the ability to partner with other groups within the Infrastructure department to support innovation and automation initiatives. General knowledge of infrastructure management tools is expected. The Private Cloud Platform Services department works as a number of self-organizing teams, each responsible for delivering a specific service for customers.
Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. Our Private Cloud Platform Services team brings talented people together to develop IT Infrastructure to the next level. Core areas of expertise:
- Microsoft (Server) technologies
- Containerization platforms
- Scripting and Infrastructure as Code
- Workflow Automation (Azure DevOps pipelines, Ansible Automation Platform, ServiceNow)
- Collaborates with DLL’s global team to develop and improve methods and processes for supporting the user community’s technology needs.
- Experience with scripting, pipelines, Ansible (Automation Platform), Infrastructure and Automation.
- Support our Application teams with their (modernization) challenges.
- Continuous improvements to mature our Security posture related to our Linux Services.
- Design and build automated solutions for the deployment, monitoring, logging and maintenance of private cloud systems.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to improve development processes and business value delivery.
- Drive and support automation and innovation initiatives.

- 3+ years hands-on experience in DevOps build & release management of Infrastructure components.
- Demonstrated implementation of DevOps concepts (Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, etc.).
- Strong experience in Windows Services and Automation Platform (must).
- Strong Windows expertise/background and related Microsoft products (must).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Customer Service oriented and focused on delivery.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow.
- Ability to use DLL’s existing tools and processes, execute accordingly and provide recommendations for service maturity.
- Multi-Cloud mindset.
- Familiar with Git, Azure DevOps pipelines, containerization.
