How will you contribute to the success of DHL?
The eCommerce Accounting team in Maastricht is a young, dynamic group responsible for the accounting activities of four eCommerce Benelux entities.
As an Agent Selfbilling, you play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate financial processing. You will manage the weekly and monthly billing and payment cycles for our service partners, eCommerce Connect partners, ServicePoints, and CityHubs. Since these parties perform essential services for DHL, your work ensures they are paid correctly and on time.
Other key tasks include:
- Processing weekly and monthly billing runs related to self-billing processes;
- Ensuring timely and accurate payment processing;
- Monitoring and maintaining the quality of self-billing processes and vendor master data;
- Contributing to improvements and development of the self-billing process;
- Maintaining strong connections with operational and business teams.

Do you have what it takes?
- MBO/HBO level education (economic/financial) with experience in an accounting environment;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong PC skills, especially Microsoft Excel;
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Basware);
- Fluent in Dutch with a good command of English.
