Our HR Journey

GoodHabitz has been on a remarkable journey of growth and expansion, experiencing a 400% increase in headcount since 2019. Our current focus is on stabilizing operations, scaling effectively, and improving overall efficiency to continue our success story.

Our HR department embarked on a transformative journey two years ago, evolving from an operational function into a strategic business partner. We've achieved significant milestones and built a solid foundation, but there's still much to accomplish, particularly in strategic and policy areas.

As our new HR Business Partner, you will:

• Collaborate with the HR Director and HR management team to drive optimization initiatives and strategic projects.
• Establish and implement HR policies and frameworks aligned with our strategic objectives.
• Work closely with business leaders, providing strategic HR advice and guidance.
• Lead HR initiatives focused on rewards, performance, and employee engagement.
• Proactively identify emerging trends and issues within the organization and leverage HR data to make informed decisions.
• Act as a mentor to HR team members, facilitating and supporting their development.

• the ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders as a strategic pragmatist, offering practical and sustainable solutions that drive sustainable success, and demonstrate a high degree of organizational sensitivity and persuasiveness. Additionally, you embrace a flexible 'let's get it done' mentality, work autonomously and independently, enjoy collaborating within a team, and bring empathy, a great sense of humor, and a light-hearted touch to your role.

Besides that you have:

• At least 15 years of HR experience, including 5 years in strategic HR roles.
• A successful track record of facilitating organizational change and establishing effective HR policies.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use HR data for strategic decision-making.
• A combination of strategic thinking with a practical, pragmatic approach to implementation.
• A solid understanding of organizational developments, including experience with the transition to structured, policy-driven environments.
