In this position, you can make an impact on people and the environment in combination with commerce, technology and independence!
You contribute to better air quality by selling high-quality technical installations.
As an International Sales Manager, you will travel several times a year to Asia and continue to work from the office or home.

Make a difference as an International Sales Manager at Aerox in Utrecht.
Your goal is to find and target potential markets and customers internationally, with a focus on Asia. You will approach to expand the existing customer base by selling complete installations to neutralize odors from production processes. Your clients range from major players who are globally active to local family-owned single-factory operations in industries such as food, rubber, animal feed, and others.

In your role, you will prepare market and sales plans and work closely with agents and distributors. You will maintain direct contact with existing customers and actively engage in making new contacts. You will pique the interest of new contacts and close sales processes successfully. As an International Sales Manager, you will also regularly visit factories, conduct inspections and tests, and think along on a technical level. For this, you will travel several times a year to Asia, among others.

In short, you are successful in:

  • Finding and approaching potential markets and customers and gaining their loyalty;
  • Maintaining contacts with existing customers;
  • Thinking along with relationships in commercial and technical areas;
  • Working with international agents and distributors.

You are commercially strong, but also a valuable discussion partner when it comes to technical issues. Through your interest in Aerox products and techniques, you can provide optimal advice to customers. Additionally, you enjoy dividing your working day flexibly, making it easy to switch between conversations with relationships and being physically busy in the factories.

  • HBO work and thinking level;
  • At least 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably international;
  • Experience in/affinity for engineering and/or chemistry;
  • Proficiency in the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.

Your work area
Aerox’s office is located in Vleuten, near Utrecht. This is easily accessible via the A12 from Woerden, Gouda, and Ede, and via the A2 from Amsterdam and Den Bosch. Furthermore, you will regularly be on the road to visit international customers, and working from home is also a possibility.
