Can you turn a tangled stack of cloud and on-prem tools into a clean, reliable, well-documented platform? Are you the person teams call when an integration breaks, and the one who prevents it from happening again?
We are looking for an Enterprise Applications Administrator to keep mission-critical business systems running smoothly, configuring, securing, integrating, and supporting enterprise and cloud applications so teams can work efficiently.
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain enterprise/operational applications (project & asset management, engineering tools, offshore ops/monitoring), ensuring performance, availability, and security.
- Configure, deploy, and optimise software, cloud services, and integrated systems, and apply updates, patches, and enhancements.
- Monitor platforms, troubleshoot incidents, and restore service quickly to minimise downtime.
- Support implementations and integrations with cross-functional teams, document configurations, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards, conduct periodic audits and strengthen security controls.
- Provide expert user support and training, mentor colleagues and drive adoption of digital tools.
- Recommend and implement improvements to stability, scalability, and usability, and lead or assist small projects to completion.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience administering enterprise applications and cloud performance (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), including servers, databases, and application environments.
- Hands-on with configuration, deployment, monitoring, incident response, and performance tuning for digital solutions.
- Certifications strongly preferred (e.g., Microsoft Azure Administrator, AWS SysOps Administrator, Google Professional Cloud Architect).
