Ready to gear up? At Bike Mobility Services Group (BMS), we’re scaling fast, and we need a sharp Senior Financial Controller to help lead our financial operations in our developing markets.
Your mission? Transform growth into structured success. You will be the financial backbone of one of our developing markets and support in accounting questions and streamlining processes from a group perspective. In this role, you go beyond standard accounting; you act as a catalyst for professionalization. By leveraging your expertise in Dutch GAAP and IFRS, you bridge the gap between complex financial data and strategic business insights.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Finance teams and Management to elevate our internal controls, mitigate risks, and ensure our financial engine runs as smoothly as our bikes. If you have a proven track record and the drive to take our professionalization to the next level, we want you on the team.
Responsibilities- Ensure correctness, completeness and timeliness of the monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reporting;
- Work on the budget and forecasting procedures of your developing market;
- Assist in the development of monthly reporting lines with the different stakeholders;
- Ensure efficiency and effectiveness through process improvements within the group.
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in finance or at a Big-4 firm;
- In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP);
- Experience with ERP systems and automation of financial processes;
- Business fluent Dutch and English both verbal and written;
- You are willing to travel weekly to our office in Amersfoort and make occasional visits to your OpCo\'s outside of The Netherlands.
- Competitive gross monthly salary based on experience;
- An annual 13th month payment (guaranteed no strings attached);
