Our group, distributed across Munich, DE and Rotterdam, NL, is responsible for driving innovation within Mendix, as we work on cutting-edge technologies to democratize Generative AI solutions as part of our global R&D organization.

Our team in Munich develops innovative solutions so our customers can create smarter applications to leverage generative AI with a great developer and end-user experience. You can find most of our components in the Mendix marketplace, they are showcased in this app and can be used through Mendix Cloud GenAI Resource Packs.

• Building something new upon an existing foundation, moving as fast as the GenAI space is progressing
• Working with early adopter customers to create a portfolio of GenAI modules and applications our customers really need.
• Working on platform with a lasting impact and strategic value. Thousands of developers and millions of end users across the globe rely on your work and each commit can make a lot of impact.
• Being thorough, we like to get to the bottom of things; clear answers are more important than deadlines.

• You are excited to innovate together with customers, for customers.
• You have 10+ years experience building platforms, frameworks & applications.
• You have a proven technical track record and are able to demonstrate that. In this role, you will bring together technical expertise and leadership to help reach our goals with a pragmatic and can-do attitude.
• You are willing to learn & become fluent in Mendix development or haveWe as possible. This means there’s as little process as we can get away with, because we don't want to get in your way. We also strive to stay as flat as possible. Do you have an issue? Speak up and let us know.
