Our client is a B2B SaaS company specialized in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Audit Management software. The company develops a modular cloud platform that enables organizations in highly regulated environments to manage risk, compliance, audits and controls within one integrated system.
Founded in 2014 our client currently serves 100+ customers across 20+ countries, primarily within financial services and other regulated industries. After years of strong product development and customer validation, the company entered a new growth phase through private equity. The ambition is clear: build a leading European GRC software player and scale the commercial organization across the Benelux and wider European market.

As Senior Account Executive, you drive new business and strategic account growth across the Benelux and selected European markets. You manage complex enterprise sales cycles and position our client as a long-term partner for risk, compliance and audit stakeholders.
- Own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to closing and expansion
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes involving Risk, Compliance, Audit, IT and executive management
- Translate regulatory pressure and operational complexity into measurable business value
- Build and defend business cases together with customer stakeholders
- Develop strategic account plans aligned with land & expand growth
- Collaborate closely with SDRs, Solution Engineers, Customer Success and Marketing
- Contribute to improving sales playbooks and commercial strategy
WHO
- 8+ years of experience in complex B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales
- Proven success in consultative, multi-stakeholder sales environments
- Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise organizations
- Comfortable engaging at Director, VP and C-level
- Strong business acumen and value-based selling approach
- Autonomous, structured and resilient in long sales cycles
- Experience in regulated industries, risk, compliance or security domains is a plus
- Fluent in English; Dutch strongly preferred
