About the roleAs HR Payroll and Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for the monthly payroll operations, ensuring everyone is paid accurately and on time, while keeping our HR administration organized and audit-ready.
Supporting the People & Culture team, you will be the backbone of our HR operations. From managing the HR Information System and processing payroll to drafting employment contracts. Your mission is to ensure that our data is flawless, our processes are compliant, and our administrative actions are executed with precision.
You are the first point of contact for all employees when it comes to HR operations and provide general administrative support. The ideal candidate has a keen interest in People & Culture, excellent organizational & communication skills, and a proactive mindset.
Payroll administration- Collect monthly mutations (new hires, terminations, salary changes, etc.) and enter them into the payroll systems;
- Liaise with our payroll providers to facilitate seamless end-to-end processing;
- Connect with internal and external stakeholders, such as the Finance department, Compensation and Benefits team and our external benefits partners;
- Review and audit the payslip drafts for accuracy, ensuring 100% compliance and precision in employee compensation;
- Optimize payroll procedures by identifying recurring issues and implementing corrective process improvements.
- Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment, addendums and other documents related to the whole employee lifecycle;
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry for all employee changes in our HR Information System Workday (new hires, promotions, terminations, etc.);
- Manage end-to-end absence administration;
- Coordinate employee benefits administration, including pensions, insurances, and transport subsidies;
- Create PO’s and manage P&C invoices handling;
- Create HR reports and organizational charts for requesting stakeholders;
- Participate in the development and implementation of internal procedures and HR policies;
- Ad hoc duties to support the P&C team.
- MBO+ degree in Human resource management or other relevant studies;
- 5+ years of experience in an HR support role or administrative position;
- Discrete and professional;
- Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and solving problems;
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player;
- Experience with Workday is a plus;
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Word and Excel;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
