Role DescriptionWe are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to support a professional product portfolio within a fast-growing B2B environment. You will contribute to product innovation, portfolio management, and commercialization across European markets, working closely with cross-functional teams such as R&D, Supply Chain, Digital, and Finance. This role is ideal for a driven marketer with an innovation mindset who enjoys working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.
Key Responsibilities- Support innovation and renovation projects from concept to launch.
- Translate customer insights into product propositions and value narratives.
- Assist in managing portfolio performance and innovation pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international stakeholders.
- Support go-to-market activities and asset development.
- Track projects, timelines, and budgets.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing or innovation (FMCG preferred; B2B a plus).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments.
