The Department & TeamThe Product Development team manages product from concept through physical and digital garments, delivering high quality, innovative and sustainable products while meeting KPI targets. The team collaborates with design, merchandising, supply value chain, buying & planning and global teams to deliver brand DNA.
The PositionResponsible for product management throughout the development process, attending key meetings (e.g., raw materials, proto review, final price, SMS review) and advising on improvements to product and margins for handover to production. Liaise with Design & Merchandising for development initiatives to foster innovation and sustainability, and provide call-outs on quality risks. Contribute to a digital-first product approach across the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Research & development
- Achieve product-category KPIs (e.g., margins, sustainability, innovation, overdevelopment and on-time SMS delivery)
- Maintain data integrity in PLM (e.g., BOM, prices)
- Send vendor requests for proto and SMS to vendors and ensure on-time delivery of samples
- Set target FOB prices and negotiate to achieve margins
- Review fabric and trim lead times with supply chain and discuss allocations
- Liaise with Central Quality Assurance on quality issues
- Ad hoc tasks such as sample organizing, meeting preparation, analysis and reporting
- 3-5 years of experience minimum
- A bachelor/master’s degree in fashion, clothing or textiles or equivalent experience
- Product knowledge of apparel and PD process
- Knowledge of fabrics/trims quality and color approval
- Effective communication skills; inclusive team player and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to solve straightforward problems using standard procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- High data integrity
- Self-driven, pragmatic and business-minded

- Good command of written and spoken English
