Quality Assurance Officer

The Role: As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will play a critical role within the Quality Assurance Inbound team. You will be responsible for reviewing and approving documentation, qualification and validation protocols, deviation investigations, and ensuring GMP compliance across operations.

• Review and approve protocols, reports, and deviations
• Ensure accurate and compliant documentation according to internal procedures
• Act as SME during root cause investigations and change controls
• Ensure validated status of GMP systems and processes
• Participate in internal/external audits when needed
• Support and coach junior QA Officers

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences or related field
• Experience within Quality Assurance, production, or validation in pharma/biotech/medical devices
• Strong knowledge of GMP principles
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
