To help support our Technology teams, we are looking for a Business Analyst who will focus on understanding the end-to-end processes within our Benelux products and services. You’ll be the champion of best practices across the group, while helping to deliver change and improvement and search out new technological opportunities for the team.
ResponsibilitiesLocation: Hybrid (office in Amstelveen)
Working hours: Full time preferred, but 80% is also possible
Your fundamental responsibility will be to analyse and optimize Gamma’s business processes, portals, and other interfaces. You’ll identify new opportunities in workflow deliver change and improvement in line with an overall digital strategy and the planned development of products and services.
Our team of highly experienced Business Analysts operate with clear centres of excellence across Systems Integration, Business Process Reengineering and User Experience focused design.
User Experience with our products and services is a key opportunity to differentiate, whether this is as an end user, their IT manager, a channel partner or indeed our own employees. This function will be accountable for designing these interfaces and ensuring they flow through to efficient support processes, either human or automated.
This role is the key in the implementation of a Digital Strategy, reducing customer effort and in turn our support costs across the organisation.
This role within Business Process Engineering will be responsible for:
Identifying customer and operational support requirements, enabling partner self-serve capability and a joined up digital user experience across products – this will be for new product developments as well as existing products across our 3 main channels i.e. Direct, Wholesale and Simplicity
Organisational gearing– breaking the relationship between subscriber growth and support overhead
Requirements gathering, documentation and prioritisation - MoSCoW requirement documentation allowing for clear sprint planning
There will be a foundation of customer engagement at the heart of this role within the BPE function with analytics and verbatim driven insight a key part of the planning and delivery process.
Proven experience with customer journey mapping & requirement capture and definition
Ability to interrogate business insight to understand the customer experience.
Prior experience working in a Business Analyst role, minimum 2 year needed.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Ability to speak Dutch, German, or Spanish are a bonus, but not required.
Strong interest in AI, automation and cloud communication technologies
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented thinking
Cultural sensitivity and solid understanding of the Dutch market
