Vanderlande is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager with a strong operational focus to ensure accurate execution, automation, and continuous improvement of the global transfer pricing model. The role manages TP processes, data flows, system-based TP calculations (including Longview), controls, and international double taxation challenges. The position reports directly to the Vanderlande Head of Tax and collaborates closely with Finance, the business, and the FSSC.
Your DepartmentThe Tax department manages global tax strategy, risks, costs, compliance, and reputation. The team provides timely, pragmatic, business-focused tax guidance across all taxation areas.
Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end operational TP processes, including data collection, calculations, reconciliations, and controls.
- Operate and optimize the Longview TP engine or similar tools.
- Manage TP documentation, including Master File, Local Files, and APAs.
- Maintain and improve intercompany recharge mechanisms.
- Support FSSC with operational TP activities.
- Advise on TP aspects of international projects, business integrations and business initiatives.
- Resolve international double taxation matters and support audits/MAP.
- Improve TP processes, governance, and the Tax Control Framework.
- Perform TP-related data analysis and reporting.
- Academic degree in Fiscal Economics, Tax Law, Accounting, or similar.
- 6-10 years of relevant TP experience (Big Four or multinational).
- Strong operational TP expertise, process and controls understanding.
- Experience with Longview or similar TP automation tools preferred.
- Strong analytical, numerical and drafting skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Proactive, hands-on, pragmatic mindset; able to drive improvements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in an international environment.

This position offers a competitive salary range of € 5,449.85 to € 7,396.22 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
