Senior Manager, Outbound Sales – UK region. You will spearhead our proactive growth engine, reporting to the UK Regional Director. You will lead a high-performing and diverse team, including Field Managers, Field Account Executives, and Strategic Account Executives, to harmonise outbound motions across key UK markets and drive high-value logos with a scalable revenue stream.
This is a high-impact, strategic position overseeing the entire outbound ecosystem, from high-velocity full-cycle sales to complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
What you will be doing- Directing Multi-Tiered Teams: Lead a diverse organisation including Field Managers, Enterprise-focused Strategic AEs, and Full-Cycle AEs.
- Vertical-Specific Strategy: Develop outbound motions for the Hospitality industry, aligning messaging with business owners across different EMEA regions.
- Ecosystem Expansion: Identify and target high-value opportunities by leveraging displacement playbooks.
- Pipeline Architecture: Build and refine the outbound engine, optimise prospecting sequences, social selling, and ABM alignment.
- Forecasting & Revenue Intelligence: Provide rigorous weekly and quarterly forecasts. Use revenue intelligence tools to identify deal risks and coaching opportunities at scale.
- Executive Deal Coaching: Advise on must-win deals, participate in C-suite presentations, and navigate procurement and legal hurdles in European enterprise sales.
- Localised Go-To-Market Execution: Partner with regional marketing and product teams to localise outbound messaging for specific EMEA markets.
- Leadership Development: Coach managers to maintain high frontline leadership standards and build an internal talent pipeline.
To be successful, you must demonstrate a sophisticated understanding of the EMEA SaaS landscape and a proven ability to lead through others.
What you will need- Proven Leadership: Experience in sales management, leading managers or multi-functional sales teams in fast-paced B2B SaaS, selling to SMEs with a transactional cycle.
- Operational Excellence: Proficiency with the modern sales stack (Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and a data-driven approach to territory management.
- Commercial Acumen: Understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, LTV, CAC) and ability to translate into strategic outbound initiatives.
- Adaptability: Align multiple teams using the outbound motion to attract customers.
