As a Senior Scrum Master, you will:
- Organize and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives
- Coach, train, and mentor teams on Scrum principles, values, and best practices
- Actively identify and remove impediments and blockers that impact team progress
- Protect the team from external disruptions, ensuring focus and productivity
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to reflect and refine their processes
- Support the Product Owner in articulating and communicating the product vision to the team
- Assist the Product Owner and team in preparing for and executing effective sprint planning
- Enable teams to present completed work and gather constructive feedback from stakeholders
- Lead through influence and example, promoting a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment
- 8–10 years of overall experience working in Agile and Scrum environments
- Strong hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile workflows
- Proven expertise in coaching and mentoring teams on Agile practices
- Solid understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and team dynamics
- Experience removing impediments and managing dependencies in complex delivery environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Enable teams to operate as self-organizing, high-performing units
- Influence without authority and build trust across teams and stakeholders
- Balance team needs with product and organizational goals
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable insights
- Create a safe, transparent, and collaborative working environment
