• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
• Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow HRSD suite, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, Employee Document Management, and HR integrations.
• Strong expertise in the ServiceNow platform, covering Service Portal, Flow Designer, Workflow, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
• Proven experience in HR process automation, including case management, employee onboarding and offboarding, employee transitions, and document management workflows.
