New Business Manager

To accelerate that growth, we are looking for a New Business Manager who is hungry to build, learns fast and wants to prove themselves in a commercial role with real responsibility. This role exists because we want to grow deliberately, with the right clients, the right deals and the right people.

Your Tasks

As New Business Manager you focus on building new commercial relationships and developing them into strong, long-term collaborations. You will be responsible for:

• Proactively identifying and approaching new brands and partners
• Building and maintaining a strong, relevant commercial network
• Creating momentum by opening conversations, spotting opportunities and following up
• Working closely with strategy, creative and production teams to develop strong proposals
• Contributing to pitches with a commercial mindset, not operating in isolation
• Managing your pipeline, priorities and time in a professional way
• You're not expected to have all the answers, but you'll be encouraged to take initiative and help drive progress

• You speak Dutch (Fluent) and English (Professional)
