Principal Product Manager, Audit AI leads end‑to‑end product experiences that revolutionize the financial statement audit process for U.S. Tax & accounting professionals. Responsibilities- Engage customers to understand needs, advocate internally, refine product strategy, and define product metrics.
- Prioritize product backlog, partner with designers and engineering to execute roadmap, and monitor progress using metrics.
- Take extreme ownership of audit products, deliver reliable experiences, and evangelize vision to colleagues and customers.
- Lead cross‑functional, distributed teams through product discovery and delivery.
- 10+ years of Product Management experience, with 5+ years shipping AI products at scale.
- Deep AI product expertise: GenAI, traditional ML, experimentation, delivery, and performance optimization.
- Strong data analysis skills and quantitative mindset.
- Experience in fintech or tax & accounting SaaS products is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience balancing launch speed with product quality in fast‑moving environments.
- System thinking, product sense, and ability to influence across teams.
- AI‑fluent, high agency, ownership mentality, and thrive in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments.
