The team is structured around key areas like Brand, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing, and we collaborate through cross‑functional pods focused on distinct customer segments — from Retailers and Suppliers to Revenue Recovery & Analytics and Core.
As Senior Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for the creation and execution of the end‑to‑end campaign strategy to accelerate customer acquisition and drive measurable business growth in the European region. This role will be key to planning integrated marketing campaigns that drive both engagement and conversion. The Senior Marketing Manager will work in a collaborative and team‑oriented environment, support and develop a wide range of demand generation materials and programs, analyze results and make suggestions for improvements across Europe. This role will be joining a friendly team that is motivated by data‑driven decisions to grow demand generation efforts. The Senior Marketing Manager will help an evolving marketing organization create awareness and lead generation.
Your tasks will include:- Develop and execute marketing campaigns utilizing a variety of tactics such as email, automation, social, SEO, ABM, and others
- Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance to maximize ROI and revenue
- Collaborate with product marketing, content and organizational leaders to develop plans
- Work closely with the sales teams and help where necessary in territory campaigns
- Develop multi‑channel campaigns that incorporate lead scoring, behavioural data and activity to engage customers and drive revenue
- Build and activate a database to nurture prospects and drive pipeline.
- Write compelling, conversion‑focused content with strong call to actions.
- Collaborate with cross‑regional teams to drive operational excellence and consistency.
- Complement existing team strengths by introducing best practices in campaign management and journey mapping.
- Provide guidance to marketing team members on best practices.
- 5 to 8 years of related experience in sales or marketing, and a degree in a similar field
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop team members, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles.
- Analytical minded with experience in budget management, marketing planning, reporting, and localisation.
- Proficiency in reporting on marketing campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI to senior management.
- Ability to prioritise both projects and stakeholders
- Motivated self‑starter who can seize opportunities with some direction
- Must be comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, highly dynamic environment and exhibit grace under pressure
- Excellent organisation, problem‑solving, communication and people management skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in SaaS is a requirement
- Experience in Salesforce, WordPress and Pardot

- Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices around demand capture and generation
