We are looking for a motivated and skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service and support throughout their relationship with our company. This is a key role within the organization, as it will involve working closely with customers to understand their needs, addressing their concerns, and ensuring that they are maximizing the benefits of our web-based WMS system.

• Building strong relationships with customers
• Conduct regular check-ins with our customers
• Monitor and track customer usage and adoption of our WMS system, identifying areas for improvement

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in customer success
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented and analytical
