Bedrijfsomschrijving
You will work at one of the largest financial institutions in the Netherlands. You will work within the department that is responsible for the Financial Market app of the company. You and the team are responsible for making sure that the application is up and running in the best way possible. You will be a bridge between the end users (your colleagues) and the vendor.
Functieomschrijving
- Monitoring system/application performance;
- Making sure that all the incoming questions and issues are resolved as quickly as possible;
- Configuring, patching and maintaining the application within the Azure environment;
- Being the contact person and giving support to end users;
- Being in contact with the vendor;
- Supporting and operating SaaS platform.
Functie-eisen
- You have a degree within the IT field;
- You have experience with stakeholder management and Azure (Pre);
- You are familiar with Agile and Scrum methodologies;
- You have good communication skills in English;
- You are a team player and want to become a true professional in every way.
