We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Operations Team Lead to join our global team for a 12-month maternity leave coverage. This role offers an exciting opportunity to optimize marketing operations processes, lead a talented team, and partner with numerous stakeholders from many departments. The ideal candidate will be eager to jump into this fast-paced role and be ready to significantly impact our Sales teams’ performance.
What will you do?
- Strategically work hand-in-hand with the internal Partnership, Regional Marketing and Community teams to proactively streamline operations and tracking
- Lead a global team of other Marketing Operations experts and cultivate a collaborative, detail-oriented, and high-performing team
- Oversight and in-depth understanding of routing rules to Sales through Ring Lead and Chili Piper ensuring efficient lead routing and management processes
- Communicate across departments to serve as a crucial liaison between Marketing and BI, MIS, CS, Revops, Sales, Partnerships, Community, Demand Generation, and growing stakeholders across the business
- Utilize Tableau and Salesforce for in-depth analyses daily showing a visualization of marketing data, and always looking to optimize and improve dashboard functionalities
- Analyze performance for the entire user journey with weekly and monthly reporting to VPs and Directors
- Oversee the pre and post-event/webinar execution of Regional Marketing and Partner campaigns through landing pages, emails, and tracking performance
Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven experience in related Marketing Operations roles
- 1+ years of People Management experience
- Strong proficiency in Tableau or related analytics tools
- Salesforce experience for reporting, analyses and user journey
- Experience as a people manager
- Routing tools proficiency such as Ring Lead and Chili Piper
- Marketo experience or related Marketing Automation tools
- Asana or related project management tools
- Zoomevents (advantage)
