Job title:
Lead innovative mechatronics system development projects by collaborating closely with business engagement teams.
Your role:
- As the Project Manager for Mechatronics & Manufacturing Systems, you will spearhead groundbreaking projects in collaboration with Philips Innovation Engineering.
- You'll have the opportunity to define project scopes, lead multidisciplinary teams, and drive innovation in professional equipment development.
- Your role extends to team building, risk management, stakeholder communication, and performance evaluation.
- You'll be part of a dynamic team with opportunities for professional growth and development, including hybrid working arrangements where applicable.
- You develop yourself personally and professionally by developing project management plans, building and mentoring project teams, and ensuring successful delivery while adhering to medical compliance standards.
You're the right fit if:
- You have obtained a master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, physics or other relevant technical background combined with strong technical skills in project management, with experience leading and managing innovative technical projects.
- You have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in mechatronics or manufacturing systems development.
- A strong pre if you are PMP/PMI certified and have obtained at least a Lean Green Belt certification.
- You possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
