On behalf of our principal, a professional international consultancy firm (risk management, energy, safety, quality, environment), we are looking for an experienced C&B professional.

In this role, you are responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the C&B strategy throughout the company.

Profile:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in HRM / legal related field;
• About 5 years (international) C&B experience in company or as senior C&B consultant;
• A proactive attitude, self-starter, and team player;
• Decision-making skills, analytical abilities, and cultural sensitivity;
• Able to work with people at different levels;
• Proficient in English and Dutch.
