We are looking for an experienced data analyst with both the technical skills to perform advanced analytics and the strategic mindset to interpret insights and communicate clearly to clients and stakeholders. You should be prepared to take ownership of data projects and help establish a data-driven culture.
Responsibilities- Gather, interpret, and visualize user data to inform decisions, measure impact, and optimize performance
- Create KPI frameworks, knowing how data applies to business goals and is used to answer key management questions
- Design and maintain the data infrastructure (collaborating with data engineers as needed), to implement tooling, build dashboards, and ensure reliable data access
- Lead experimentation and optimization initiatives, including A/B testing and CRO
- Collaborate closely with creative, product, marketing, development, and client stakeholders to align data-driven strategies with execution
- Research and Innovation: Stay current with the latest digital tools and trends in data analytics and AI. Balance critical thinking and innovation to think outside the box when applying AI and data solutions to optimize performance
- 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Business Analytics, or Business Intelligence
- GA4, GTM, BigQuery – in addition to SQL knowledge and experience with large data sets
- Experience with CRO and testing tools such as VWO (preferred), Optimizely, or Google Optimize
- Skilled in dashboard tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI
- Fluent in Dutch and English
