Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager at DDM, you hold ultimate responsibility for successfully preparing, organizing, and delivering large-scale and complex civil and industrial projects. From the tender and estimation phase onward, you are involved, which means you determine not only the execution but also the strategic direction of the project.

• Overall responsibility for the entire process: from tender phase, estimation, planning, and execution to delivery.
• Leading international projects with a scope of up to €25 million, within a complex technical and industrial environment.
• Inspiring, coaching, and managing multidisciplinary teams (site managers, work planners, estimators, project office staff).
• Representing DDM with clients and stakeholders, both nationally and internationally.
• Ensuring safety, quality, and sustainability at all levels.

• At least 7–10 years of experience as a project manager, including several years in a senior or overall responsible role.
• Proven experience in (industrial) construction, demolition, civil engineering, or similarly complex projects.
• A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with tender and estimation processes.
• Strong leadership: decisive, highly communicative, and capable of motivating and developing teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally and flexibility to work on projects both domestically and abroad.
