Intro

The Staff Engineer at BridgeFund is responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high‑performance backend applications that leverage the Node.js framework to support business requirements. To qualify for this role, you should have a strong background in Node.js development, architecture design, and software engineering. Knowledge about NestJS is a prerequisite.

You should be experienced in leading development teams from a technical perspective, working with cross‑functional stakeholders, and delivering complex systems on time and on budget. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills are essential for success in this role. The ability to work with various technologies such as databases, caching systems, queueing systems, MySQL/MongoDB, and message brokers is also important.
