Analytics Communication Lead

We are looking for a visionary CommunicationLeadto shape and elevate ING Analytics’ voice across internal and external channels. This is a senior role for someone who thrives on innovation, understands the power of storytelling, and can translate complex analytics topics into compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.

You will lead strategic communication initiatives that position ING Analytics as a thought leader in the data and AI space, while managing and mentoringa juniorteam member. • Strategic Leadership: Design and executecuting-edgecommunication strategies for internal and external audiences, aligned with ING’s global brand and analytics vision.
• Content & ChannelManagement: Create engaging, high-quality content for diverse formats (articles, videos, podcasts, social media, influencer collaborations).
• External Presence & Partnerships: Build strong partnerships and engage with external experts and communities to strengthen ING Analytics’ brand presence. Create meaningful connections with influencers to position ING Analytics as a trusted voice.
• Executive & Investor Communications: Prepare presentations and talking points for leadership and external events. Contribute to reports and publications that highlight INGAnalytics’achievements. Help shape messaging for investor-related communications and events.
• Team Coordination: Mentor and guide a junior communication specialist, fostering creativity and growth. Ensure seamless execution of campaigns and projects through effective collaboration.

• Demonstrated success in senior-level communication or marketing roles, ideally within technology, data/analytics, or high‑innovation environments.
• Proven ability to shape and steer long‑term strategic narratives while delivering integrated, multi‑channel campaigns that drive measurable business impact.
• Strong background in partnering with cross‑functional leaders, product teams, and executives to craft cohesive storytelling across complex organizations.

• Exceptional capability to translate data‑heavy, technical, or abstract topics into crisp, compelling, and accessible messages for diverse audiences.
• Deep understanding of digital communication trends, including influencer ecosystems, content creator dynamics, and emerging platforms—and how to activate them strategically.
• Advanced stakeholder management, leadership, and mentoring skills; able to uplift teams, guide junior talent, and create a high‑impact communication culture.
• Skilled in narrative development, campaign orchestration, content optimization, and performance measurement.
