Production worker

Start working as a Production Worker at a leading company specializing in the blending and packaging of powdered food ingredients. In this independent role, you will work in a three-shift system and receive a shift allowance of 21.5% for every hour worked. You will start with an hourly wage of €18.20, which increases to €18.47 within six months and to €19.03 per hour within one year.

• A starting salary of €18.20 per hour, including a 21.5% shift allowance;
• Salary increase within the first six months to €18.47 per hour (incl. 21.5% allowance);
• After fully completing the training, you will earn €19.03 per hour within one year (incl. 21.5% allowance);
• The prospect of a permanent contract with the client;
• A full-time workweek of 40 hours in a three-shift system;
• 8% holiday allowance and 25 vacation days per year;
• Regular fun team activities, such as an organized football tournament, bowling, and group lunches.

As a Production Worker you are responsible for your own department, where various raw materials are blended into a high-quality end product. During the first six weeks, you will be trained by an experienced colleague, after which you will work independently. Your work takes place across three floors: on the top floor, you add raw materials to the mixer, after which the mixing process starts and you package the finished product. At every stage of this process, you play a crucial role in ensuring product quality. Because you work independently, it is important that you follow all work instructions and procedures accurately. Cleaning and maintaining the machines is also part of your responsibilities.

Our client specializes in the blending and (re)packaging of powdered food ingredients. They are a family-owned business founded in 1951 and opened their facility in Tilburg in 2020. In their production facility, they work with advanced systems and adhere to the highest quality standards. Their products meet strict requirements such as being gluten-free, allergen-free, Kosher, and Halal certified.
