We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires a combination of technical and sales skills. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in EMC, RF, and Microwave, and have at least 5-20 years of work experience. • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the company’s business opportunities and market share
• Promote and sell our range of EMC and RF/microwave products and solutions to clients in various industries in the Benelux
• Analyse customer needs and design custom solutions to meet their requirements
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technology advancements
• Manage customer accounts and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities
• Generate reports and provide feedback on market trends

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in EMC, RF, and Microwave
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Living in The Netherlands
• Full Driving License

• €70K - €80K DoE
