AsCountry Manager for the Netherlands,you’llbefully responsible for the commercial performanceof the Dutchmarket, managingpeople, owning customer relationships, and executing our commercial strategy.You’llplay a key role in driving results and shaping the culture and direction of your localcommercial team (3FTE’s).
This is ahigh-impact, hands‑on leadership rolefor someone who combines deep industry knowledge with a modern commercial mindset.You’llbe working directly with the CommercialDirector andbe a key voice in both local execution and global feedback loops.
Your Role & Responsibilities Own the Commercial Performance- Be fully accountable for revenue, margin,customerand employeeKPIs inThe Netherlands.
- Manage forecasting and report weekly to the Commercial Director on volumes, progress by segment, and strategic outlook.
- Build, manage, and coach the local team
- Ensure abalanced team structure, aligned with our strategy and targets.
- Make your team successful andhappybyaligningvision, strategy, and consistent results.
- Represent and cultivate relationships with thetop 3–5% of the Dutch buyer market.
- Ensure the customer journey reflects our standards, smooth, responsive, and high-quality.
- Be seen as ago-to authority on the Dutch used car market, both internally and externally.
- Be the voice of Dutch customers and employees within SLT and HQ discussions.
- OwnRfPsand similar strategic processes that involve orimpactyour market.
- Actively contribute to improving our commercial model across Europe by sharing insights and lessons.
- 6 years ofProven experience in aCountry Manager, General Manager, or senior commercial leadership role
- Experience in automotive, used car remarketing, or B2B marketplaces is mandatory
- Strong network and understanding of theDutch car trading landscape.
- Fluent inDutch and English.
- Strongdata orientation: can forecast,analyze, and course-correct using real numbers, not opinions.
- Growth mindset: sees change as opportunity, takes initiative, and leads by example.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced,high-accountability culture.
- Fully aligned with our principles ofownership, meritocracy, customer centricity, pragmatism, andconstructive communication.
- Solid people management experience, including coaching managers and leading teams
- Hands‑on, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in a changing environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
