This role is built for a sharp, T-shaped strategist who feels at home in both conceptual thinking and hands on delivery. You help shape and refine the HR strategy throughout the year and turn key themes into concrete analyses, products and short cycle strategic projects that accelerate progress. You bring the structured mindset of an ex-consultant, combined with the ability to create clarity, deliver tangible outputs and drive momentum across the HR agenda.
What you are going to do
You will work on strategic questions that matter and turn them into concrete outcomes. You run projects, build clear analyses, develop products or frameworks, and support HR leaders with structured decision inputs. You make abstract topics tangible, bring clarity to complex issues and help different teams move from strategy to action.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct strategic analyses and translate insights into clear recommendations for HR leadership
- Run strategic projects and deliver concrete products, frameworks or decision papers
- Turn strategic themes into tangible deliverables such as proposals, roadmaps, prototypes or storylines
- Prepare briefings, structured narratives and decision documents for senior HR leaders
- Support execution of cross country and cross BU HR initiatives, ensuring clarity on scope, milestones and expected outcomes
- Bring structure and an external perspective to annual and mid-year HR strategy discussions
- Contribute to pragmatic portfolio oversight together with HR Strategy leadership (without owning the portfolio)

You collaborate naturally, adapt easily across stakeholders and take ownership in a dynamic environment. You've built a solid foundation in strategy work and are ready for a role with broader scope and more end to end responsibility.

Who you will work with
As Strategic Programme Manager at NN Group, you will be an integral part of the HR Strategy & Change team, reporting directly to the Management Board. Together with your Strategy & Change colleagues, you will define, implement, and communicate the HR Strategy to internal stakeholders. This includes managing major multi-country strategic initiatives and leading key HR programmes, supported by the team's expertise in change management and communications.
While autonomy is encouraged in handling individual topics, the team fosters a collaborative culture by sharing insights and learnings. Beyond your immediate team, you will work closely with senior stakeholders and other teams within Group HR to achieve strategic objectives.
