In your role as a (senior) Microsoft 365 Engineer, you are responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our various collaboration tools and solutions that integrate our on-premise and cloud-based platforms. You work closely with your colleagues in a multidisciplinary team, but also with internal stakeholders to understand the IT needs of the organization and to be able to offer customized solutions. The strong focus here is on combining and optimizing the collaboration tools of different environments, such as on-premise and hybrid solutions like Microsoft Exchange and cloud-based solutions such as Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and Microsoft Entra ID. Of course, the security aspect also plays a major role in this.
An important aspect of this position is that you take initiatives to automate repetitive tasks by making use of the Power Platform or via PowerShell scripting. You are a sparring partner for the team and the business who is not afraid to step forward because of your extensive experience. For this, you organize sessions to further clarify issues, take initiatives to discuss security-related topics, and you enjoy helping the Product Owner set up the roadmap and work out the PBIs.

- Extensive experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Entra ID, and Conditional Access
- Knowledge of email security (Trustwave, Valimail), M365 Compliance, and Microsoft Zero Trust
- Extensive experience in resolving 3rd line disruptions with Microsoft products
- PowerShell is your second nature
