Product data specialist

Join our team to efficiently manage customer request data and product information, so quotations and sales orders can seamlessly be created. As part of the Operations and D365 team, you will work independently controlling, collecting, and structuring product data, as well as ensuring alignment between D365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operations (FO). You'll also lead the migration of product data to the new D365 ERP system, as we're currently rolling this out globally. Ready to be a key player in shaping the future of data management? • Exerting control over, collecting, structuring, and ensuring accessibility of product data.
• Ensuring alignment of product data between D365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operations (FO).
• Conducting regular audits and cleaning of product data to eliminate inconsistencies and inaccuracies.
• Effectively managing product data within relevant databases, systems, or platforms.
• Spearheading the preparation of product data migration from current ERP systems to the new ERP system (D365).
• Overseeing regular updates of product templates for new items and maintaining up-to-date pricing.
• Developing comprehensive training materials and conducting training sessions for teams involved in data entry and maintenance.

• You hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Information Management, or Data Science.
• You have 5 years of work experience, including 2 to 3 years in data analysis and/or management within a product-focused role.
• You have advanced Excel database skills, encompassing data connections and mapping files.
• You're familiar with data migrations, data management tools, and technologies.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken (proficiency in Dutch is preferred).
• You have an analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
• You can work independently and are flexible with a good dose of self-reflection.
