Manpower is looking for Technical Operators/Site Engineers in the Halfweg region.
It’s evening, and you’re working at the client site of one of the largest mail‑order companies in the Netherlands. Suddenly, the machines stop, a malfunction! As a Site Engineer, you play a crucial role in solving these challenges. Together with your team, you ensure that all sorting machines continue to run efficiently.
Responsibilities- Detecting, analyzing, and resolving first‑line malfunctions
- Performing preventive maintenance on sorting equipment
- Recording and reporting malfunctions in the system for future improvement
- Gross salary between €2,800 and €3,650 per month
- Direct contract with the client
- Full‑time position (40 hours per week)
- Travel allowance according to company policy
- Shift allowances of 25%, 50%, and 100%
- 25 vacation days plus the option to buy five extra days

- On‑the‑job training to become an independent service technician
- Access to additional courses, such as VCA, Electrical Switching, Maintenance Technology, Process Automation, and NEN3140

Working hours
The working hours for this full‑time position are in a three‑shift system.
Qualifications- Electrical engineering skills or willingness to learn them
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Availability for 40 hours per week
- A valid Category B driver’s license and access to a car
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and eagerness to learn
- Flexibility to work at different client locations
