Who are we?
TTA International is an international project organization dedicated to Learning and Development in the technical sector, with a strong focus on the automotive sector. We design and deliver training programs to train international trainers, technicians and sales professionals.
Our team consists of 65 specialists, engineers and enthusiasts who live and breathe technical learning. We are passionate about exploring, building and sharing what we know.

What will you do?
- In this role, you design, develop and deliver technical training, in-person, virtual and e-learning. You use your instructional skills, creativity and deep technical understanding to turn complex heavy equipment topics into clear, practical and engaging learning solutions. Whether you're working on a workbook, a hands-on session or a digital module, your goal is to make knowledge accessible and impactful.
- You will be involved in the entire process:
- Identifying educational needs
- Designing strong and effective learning solutions
- Developing learning materials and tools
- Contributing ideas for innovative digital learning
- Delivering training sessions in classroom, online or blended
What do you bring?
You have a deep, technical knowledge about heavy equipment such as excavators, large dump trucks, rock crawlers or similar machinery. If you already have experience as a trainer, teacher or learning developer it would be great. But it's more important that you have experience in explaining in an easy and understandable way to others how these materials work. For example, training on the work floor, coaching other employees or as a manager.
You work well independently, are socially skilled and flexible, and feel right at home in an international setting. Additionally:
- It's a plus if you have completed a relevant education, such as PTH or Educational Science. Or have experience as a trainer of instructor.
- You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office, and you are familiar with e-learning tools.
- You feel confident working in an English-speaking environment. Knowledge of German or French is a plus.
