Role DescriptionSeeking an experienced HR Case Manager to support employees through sickness and reintegration, ensuring compliance and smooth case management.
Responsibilities- Support employees and managers with sickness and re-entry.
- Conduct regular case conversations.
- Implement medical advice into action plans.
- Assist with benefit applications.
- Contribute to health improvement projects.
- Maintain accurate case records.
- HBO + certification as a registered Case Coordinator.
- 3+ years’ experience in absence management.
- Knowledge of the Wet Verbetering Poortwachter.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Precise, pragmatic, with strong planning skills.
- Experience with Visma preferred.
