SENIOR BRAND MANAGER BIFI
POSITIONThe role involves growing the BiFi brand in the Netherlands by co-developing and executing the brand marketing plan, including innovation development and market implementation. The successful candidate will lead consumer-led initiatives to increase brand relevance and penetration, supporting sales initiatives in the market. The position reports to the Head of the BiFi brand EMEA, Johannes Muller.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop and implement brand strategy and positioning, and evaluate effectiveness;
- Set up marketing plans for BiFi to achieve brand and commercial goals;
- Manage development, implementation, and analysis of annual brand and communication strategies (ATL & BTL campaigns, media);
- Oversee NPD launches, working cross-functionally with R&D and operations to ensure timely delivery;
- Collaborate with Category management, Shopper, and Sales teams to deliver consumer-centric propositions and communications;
- Be a key member of the cross-functional Country Business Team (CBT) and Marketing & Sales Team to meet commercial targets;
- Support Shopper Marketing & Sales teams with market, brand, and product insights;
- Analyze market and consumer data to provide actionable recommendations for brand growth;
- Manage marketing budgets within guidelines;
- Benchmark against competitors and market best practices.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- University Bachelor / Master Degree;
- Relevant FMCG marketing experience focusing on brand management, including communications, portfolio management, innovation, and launches;
- Project management and cross-functional teamwork;
- Proven experience in ATL and BTL communication development and implementation, including digital and social campaigns and media planning;
- Track record of launching NPD from ideation to market execution, driving sales growth through retail and petrol channels;
- Experience in briefing and managing external agencies, including negotiation and budget control;
- Ability to collect and analyze insights and translate them into action;
- Market knowledge of the Dutch FMCG environment.
