The foundation is laid: a user-friendly platform connecting patients with healthcare providers, from complaint to diagnosis and treatment to aftercare. Quin is looking for a Financial Controller to join our team in Amsterdam.

Your role is crucial in maintaining the financial health of the Quin platform. Imagine yourself taking charge of the following responsibilities:

• Financial Statements: Crafting monthly comprehensive P&L, BS, and CF statements for a clear financial picture.
• GL Accounting and Reconciliation: Managing General Ledger activities for precise reconciliation.
• Financial Management: Monitor and analyze financial performance, overseeing cash flow, revenue and cost control, and acquisition integration for strategic financial objectives.
• Internal Controls: Developing and sustaining robust internal controls for financial integrity and efficiency.
• Timely Closings: Ensuring accurate and punctual financial period closings.
• Operational Efficiency: Leading OtC and PtP processes for streamlined operations.
• Tax and VAT Compliance: Coordinating compliance and assessments for Income Tax and VAT.
• Annual Audit Oversight: Leading the annual audit.

How do you make us better?

If you're a Financial Controller with:

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in (Business) Economics or Accountancy.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and a knack for the latest accounting and reporting tools.
• Strong communication skills, adept in both Dutch and English.
• Bonus points for experience in implementation, transition, and/or process improvement projects.
• Ability to juggle and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
• Flexibility in a changing start/scale-up environment.
• A positive team player with effective collaboration skills.
