As a Platform Engineer at Zeno, you’ll take ownership of the systems that underpin our AI platform. You\'ll design and build the infrastructure that powers our platform, from low-latency inference systems to scalable developer tooling. This is a high-impact role with direct influence on how our platform scales, how fast we ship, and how confidently we operate.

You’ll work closely with the CTO and founding team to define and implement the infrastructure strategy that supports our rapid product development, growing user base, and evolving AI research efforts.

• Architect, develop, and deploy infrastructure systems and internal tools that support AI development and platform growth
• Optimize compute, storage, and networking systems for performance, cost, and reliability
• Lead scaling strategies to prepare for rapid user and traffic growth
• Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• Drive incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous reliability improvements
• Partner closely with product and research teams to accelerate iteration
• Set the standard for engineering excellence in platform and ops

• 10+ years in infrastructure, SRE, MLOps, DevOps, or similar roles
• Proven experience designing and scaling distributed systems at production scale
• Deep expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong software engineering skills and scripting fluency
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes, container orchestration, networking, databases, observability, CI/CD, and related systems
• Experience supporting machine learning workloads
• High ownership mindset and a bias for shipping
