- Pro-active and curious mindset, with a natural strive to keeps things pragmatic;
- Strong business/commercial acumen, while remaining analytical and critical to challenge commercial assumptions, address deviations from plan and drive corrective actions;
- At least 8 years of relevant business controlling experience, incl. Experience in commercial controlling;
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields;
- Systems knowledge: Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and SAP is required;
- Experience with complex reporting processes;
