Manager Demand Planning

Would you like to play a crucial role in the commercial success of a global player like FrieslandCampina? As a Senior Demand Planner at Yacht, you are the strategic link that translates commercial ambitions into a flawless supply chain operation. You manage and optimize the demand plan for the next 18 months, seamlessly aligning sales and marketing plans with finance and logistics. In this role, you lead the Demand Review process and ensure that forecast accuracy is not just an ambition, but a result. Your expertise takes business predictability to the next level while making a direct impact on service levels and customer satisfaction.

• You hold a completed Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Marketing.

• You have at least 7 years of experience in Demand Planning within a complex FMCG environment.

• In-depth knowledge of S&OP processes, forecasting methodologies, and statistics is self-evident to you.

• You are experienced with ERP systems (preferably SAP, APO DP/SNP) and advanced analysis tools such as MicroStrategy.

• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, is essential for this international context.

You are a natural connector who acts with confidence within a multidisciplinary matrix organization. Thanks to your strong advisory skills and organizational sensitivity, you know how to convince and engage stakeholders at the senior management level in changes. You combine a sharp analytical ability with a result-oriented mindset, enabling you not only to identify bottlenecks but also to proactively transform them into structural improvements. As a professional, you stand for quality and are able to inspire others from a mentor role to achieve collective successes.

• A salary between €5,500 and €6,500 per month based on 40 hours
• A fixed-term contract for 38 hours per week, for now 6 months.
