To achieve these targets, the account manager takes responsibility for educating the network on optimal system usage and introducing new program functionalities. Additionally, the account manager actively encourages dealers to utilize PACCAR parts marketing tools, aiming to change customer ordering behavior by promoting the use of the DAF Webshop.

- Increase the usage of the PACCAR Parts marketing tools available to the dealer network.
