About the role
As a Product Owner at Katanox, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our B2B SaaS marketplace. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance and refine our platform, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both travel buyers and accommodation suppliers. You will lead the integration of high-performing data synchronization across various hotel systems, allowing for fluid and real-time updates. Your role will involve developing and implementing tools that empower our partners to manage their commercial strategies and optimize their contractual terms effectively.
About You
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner of an engineering team.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Fluent in English.
- Nice-to-haves:
- Background in Engineering.
- Experience in Product Design or UX.
- Marketplace experience, preferably B2B.
- Experience in the travel industry, preferably in hospitality.
Accountabilities
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product releases.
- Promote transparency by making all data available concerning the planning, progress, execution, and delivery of our product.
- Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, refinements, and reviews.

The salary range for this position is between €50,000 and €65,000 per year, depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
