About the job
We are looking for a Sales Executive that is passionate about helping customers with their staffing needs. We are still growing and a lot of business still need to get to know us so you will be responsible for doing a lot of outreach. You are expert in understanding the needs of our customers, strategize on how to navigate winning sales cycles, provide compelling value-based demonstrations, support enterprise Proof of Concepts, and ultimately close business. As we are a growing company we expect you to really contribute in building our culture in terms of your habits and discipline.
In this role:
- You will further improve your sales skill and process;
- Will further expand your professional network;
- Be able to impact and build our sales team;
- Collaborate with product and marketing.
About you
- You bring excellent sales process and discipline;
- You are energetic and outgoing, making a lot of calls is no problem;
- Networking and relationships is a passion;
- You have finesse in longer sales cycles;
- You are tough and willing to grow;
- You are curious, ask a lot of questions and are a good listener;
- You are a team player and can manage pressure well.
We offer:
- Salary between EUR 4500-5500 (100% bonus);
- 30 vacation days — plus all the usual public holidays. Awesome;
