Who are we?TTA International is an international project organization dedicated to Learning and Development in the technical sector, with a strong focus on the automotive sector. We design and deliver training programs to train international trainers, technicians and sales professionals.

What will you do?In this role, you design, develop and deliver technical training, both in person and online. You use your instructional skills, creativity and deep technical understanding to turn complex automotive topics into clear, practical and engaging learning solutions. Whether you are writing a workbook, creating an e-learning or running a live session, your focus is always on making knowledge accessible and inspiring.
Your responsibilities include:
- Identifying educational needs in collaboration with clients and colleagues
- Designing strong and effective learning solutions
- Developing learning materials and tools
- Contributing ideas for innovative digital learning
- Delivering training sessions in classroom, virtual or blended formats
You have a solid background in automotive technology, whether as a senior technician, technical trainer or content developer. You enjoy helping others grow and know how to translate your practical experience into powerful learning moments. You work well independently, are socially skilled and flexible, and feel right at home in an international setting.
Additionally:
- You have completed a relevant education such as PTH, Educational Science or have experience as a trainer, instructor or developer within the automotive field
- You are comfortable with Microsoft Office and e-learning tools
- You feel confident working in an English-speaking environment. Knowledge of German or French is a plus.
