In this high-impact role, you will own and continuously improve core FP&A processes, providing actionable insights to senior leadership and partnering with teams across the business. From forecasting to reporting to performance analysis, you will help us stay ahead in a fast-evolving market — and support our mission to make healthcare more affordable and effective.
Your impact and responsibilities- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes for specific business areas
- Deliver accurate, timely, and actionable financial reporting and KPI tracking
- Build and maintain robust financial models and decision-support tools
- Perform variance analysis and identify key drivers of performance
- Support executive reporting, board preparation, and strategic analyses
- Identify and implement process improvements across FP&A workflows
- Ensure data consistency across planning models, reporting, and source systems
- Partner with business leaders to drive performance and support strategic priorities
- Own and improve forecasting models to increase accuracy and scalability
- Prepare monthly management reporting packs with clear, actionable commentary
- Work closely with senior leaders across Customer Office, Product & Technology, Sales, and G&A to help achieve their objectives
- Act as a thought partner to business teams and contribute to cross-functional planning
- Analyse actuals vs. Forecast/budget, highlighting risks and opportunities
- Support strategic planning through scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis
- Contribute to special projects and ad hoc analyses for senior leadership
- Financial insights that drive sound, data-backed decisions
- Reliable, forward-looking forecasting and planning processes
- Strong collaboration with stakeholders and teams across LOGEX
- A continuous improvement mindset that keeps our FP&A capabilities best-in-class
- 4–7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar roles (ideally in a Software/SaaS environment)
- Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills
- Solid experience with forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting
- Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools is a plus
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage
- Strong communication skills: able to make complex topics simple and relevant
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, pragmatic attitude
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
- Collaborative and able to build trust across teams
